I’m Shay, a freelance website designer and website manager based in Bromsgrove, working remotely with clients across the UK.

Since starting freelance work in 2024, I’ve delivered more than 20 websites for businesses across healthcare, education, publishing, aesthetics, trades and other professional services.

Alongside new builds, I also manage company websites on an ongoing basis, covering SEO, content, hosting, DNS, technical fixes and performance improvements.

Conducted a full SEO audit using GSC, GA4 and Ahrefs, identifying technical issues, content gaps and keyword opportunities while helping modernise older service pages.
